99.9% Uptime Guarantee

Hostingsar guarantees 99.9% network uptime for all hosting services. This means your server will be accessible and operational for at least 99.9% of each calendar month.

Credit Policy

If we fail to meet our uptime guarantee, you are eligible for service credits:

  • 99.0% – 99.9%: 10% credit of monthly fee
  • 98.0% – 99.0%: 25% credit of monthly fee
  • 95.0% – 98.0%: 50% credit of monthly fee
  • Below 95.0%: 100% credit of monthly fee

Exclusions

Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, customer-caused issues, and third-party service outages are excluded from uptime calculations.

How to Claim

Submit a support ticket within 7 days of the incident. Include the affected dates and times. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle.
